AC/DC Sells Out In 4 Minutes In Vancouver

September 21, 2008

Either they really, really like AC/DC in Vancouver or they are playing in a very small venue. The AC/DC show for November 28 in Vancouver sold out in just 4 minutes.

Okay, we’ve checked. General Motors Place (aka The Garage) holds 14,000 people for a rock concert, so we can confirm that Vancouver really, really likes AC/DC.

They should too. After all, the new album Black Ice was recorded in the Canadian city at Bryan Adams’ studio.

AC/DC will kick off their world tour next month in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

More dates for the American leg of the tour are expected to be announced this week.

AC/DC will perform in Australia in 2009 at Telstra Dome in Melbourne and ANZ Stadium in Sydney.

Dates for the Australian leg of the tour are yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, sit back, relax and watch the new AC/DC video ‘Rock N Roll Train’.
