Circus Of Power reportedly split up for good and cancel UK tour dates

New York rockers Circus Of Power have reportedly “split up for good” just as the group was planning on embarking on a tour of the U.K. with Junkyard.

The following succinct message was posted by Circus Of Power via their Facebook page on May 14, 2017: “CIRCUS OF POWER WILL NOT BE PLAYING THE UK DATES IN AUGUST w/ JUNKYARD!! Sorry everyone.!”

Although Circus Of Power have apparently not made a formal announcement that they have split up, the Hair Metal Heaven Hull (U.K.) 2017 festival, where Circus Of Power were scheduled to play, did provide the apparent reason why the New Yorkers will not be appearing at the festival that is being held in Hull, U.K. on August 25 to 27, 2017. The following message was posted on Hair Metal Heaven‘s Facebook page on May 15, 2017:

“Morning everyone. Its been a busy week here at HMH towers and theres are a few things we need to bring you royal rockers up to speed on. Firstly, you may have seen a recent post from Circus of Power regarding dates so it is with sadness I can confirm that those guys have split up for good and will not be doing any more shows. Of course its gutting but its not the end of the world and as such I see it as a great opportunity to add more colour to our already bangin’ line up.”

Circus Of Power‘s reported break-up comes as the band had just released a new single entitled “American Monster” (featuring Jyrki 69) back in January 2017 as well as a video for the song in February 2017.
