Hessler Raising Money To Produce New Video From Debut CD

August 23, 2011

Chicago rock band Hessler are raising funds to produce a kick-ass music video for the song “Kamikaze” from their debut album ‘Bad Blood’.

Fans of the band can donate money toward the production of the new video at www.kickstarter.com/projects/1908377724/fuel-the-engines-for-the-hess-xpress-hessler-music.. Donations ranging from $1 up to $500 are being accepted, with the top pledge amount including two personal training sessions with sexy Hessler vocalist Lariyah Daniels.

Says the band, “We have a killer concept, and have secured the perfect venue (a decrepit building on the outskirts of Chicago, with one of the last remaining pulley elevators in the city — the elevator is about to be dismantled, a piece of Windy City history that will be commemorated in our video.) We need funding for production costs including equipment rental; film crew; and post-production. Help us fuel the engines for the Hess Xpress.”

Hessler’s debut album ‘Bad Blood’ was released on April 19th and can be purchased at www.cdbaby.com. A recent review on Sleaze Roxx said the CD had “a certain low-budget charm, not so much in sound quality, but in the way they deliver their songs — it keeps reminding me of what Leather Leone and Bitch tackled during the ’80s metal uprising.”.
