Frontiers Records is very excited to reveal all details surrounding the release on the much talked forthcoming SLAMER album entitled “Nowhere Land”.

SLAMER is the new project fronted by former CITY BOY, STREETS, STEELHOUSE LANE british guitarist Mike Slamer.

After several years spent working for other artists, Mike has decided to come up with its own name with the aim to release the ultimate album of his whole career! Magnificent producer and immaculate songwriter, Slamer is joined on this record by none other than the extraordinary former STRANGEWAYS and THE SIGN singer Terry Brock.

“Working on this record has been a long process”, admits Slamer “I have been through some hard time finishing this record because I have really given my best to come up with the best sound and songs ever. Terry also contributed strongly to achieve the final result and I have to say that at the end I am really pleased with what we have come up with”. Singer Terry Brock adds “I believe this record is something special. I’m very proud of being part of it”.

The result is nothing else than a wet dream for all lovers of STEELHOUSE LANE and SEVENTH KEY with a slight progressive and heavier edge.

Appearing on the record is also the awesome Billy Greer (SEVENTH KEY, KANSAS) who contributes with background vocals and some songwriting. The stunning artwork was prepared by Mattias Noren (STRATOVARIUS, LUNATICA, ASTRAL DOORS etc.)

“Nowhere Land” will be released in Europe on Frontiers Records on September 22nd 2006 with a release in Japan scheduled on King Records and in the USA on Locomotive Records. Also the album will be available for digital download through I-Tunes, E-Music and other fine digital shops within one month from the physical release date.
