Roadkill to release new album ‘Ruled By Machines’ via Melodic Rock Records on November 2nd
Australian rockers Roadkill will be releasing their new studio album Ruled By Machines via Melodic Rock Records on November 2, 2018.
The following message was posted in part on Roadkill‘s Facebook page earlier today (with slight edits):
“Roadkill are set to release their follow up album to their ‘critically acclaimed’ 2016 CD, ‘Extinct‘ – on November 2 via Melodic Rock Records!
The new CD is titled, “Ruled By Machines” and is again produced by Psycroptic guitarist, Joe Haley, and features 11 songs of old school hard rock, heavy metal music!
Recorded at Hobart’s AAA studios in March 2018, the new product features an even heavier flavour than it’s predecessor and the possibility that a 13 track – Japanese Only – edition is also in the pipeline!
All up 15 songs were recorded in March, 11 appearing on the new CD and the other tracks will be offered as ‘bonus’ tracks and/or free downloads eventually.
In support of the new CD, Roadkill will be playing two shows in Tasmania in October – Saturday 20th @ the Republic Bar & Cafe (Hobart) and Sunday Oct 21 @ The Longley Hotel (Longley) as ‘special guests’ to Sydney based hard rock quartet, Rose Carleo Band – who will be promoting their new CD, “Battle Scars“!
Roadkill will also be appearing in Sydney for two shows in the first weekend of November – Saturday Nov. 3 @ Bald Face Stag for ‘Steel Assassins 2018‘ and Sunday Nov. 4 @ Frankie’s Pizza – promoting the new CD!”
