Taz’s 1989 ‘Cold Shoulder’ EP reissued via Demon Doll Records

Sunset Strip rockers Taz‘s 1989 released Cold Shoulder EP has been reissued via Demon Doll Records.

Demon Doll Records‘ website states:

“29 Years and the wait is finally over!

TAZ has teamed up with the DDR Music Group and Metal Legacy Records to unleash their 1989 epic EP ‘Cold Shoulder‘.

We here at DDR are very proud and excited to finally get this released and reissued out to the world again. Having reached the top 10 on Kerrang‘s releases from 1989 is certainly an achievement and with such infectious songs as “Cold Shoulder”. “Sex” & “Tattoo You”, there is now wonder as to why these guys shot up the charts so far and so quickly.

Dominating the Sunset Strip alongside label mates Swingin’ Thing meant a night out on the boulevard that would be unforgettable and for those of us that were there, that was certainly the case. TAZ definitely brought a huge amount of energy to this record and a bigger cocktail of influences. We hear a lot of Kix, Britny Fox and Bang Tango streaming through the veins of this record. If you are a fan of those bands, you will absolutely love this album.

This CD has been repackaged with a fresh cover, a full set of lyrics in an 8 page booklet and has been digitally remastered by the one and only Lance. V. Sonically it is off the charts!

Highly recommended listening! Highly addictive – you’ve been warned!

Original cover

This CD is silver pressed, officially licensed from the band and exclusively available from DDR.”
