The Cruel Intentions have finished recording their debut album which is to be released in 2018
Oslo, Norway based rockers The Cruel Intentions have announced that they have finished recording their debut album, which will be released in 2018. For the last two and a half years or so, The Cruel Intentions featuring former Vains Of Jenna singer Lizzy DeVine have released singles including a number of videos for the songs “Sick Adrenaline” (see video below), “Genie’s Got A Problem”, “White Pony” and “Accidentally Intoxicated” while electing not to release an actual album.
The following message was posted on The Cruel Intentions‘ Facebook page earlier today (with slight edit):
“We would like to thank all of you for your support and patience in 2017! It’s been a great year for us thanks to you. Next year we release our debut album (finally!) and we can’t wait to hit the road and play our new songs. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
Mats Lizzy Robin & Kristian”
The Cruel Intentions‘ “Story” on their Facebook page states:
“Thought rock ‘n roll was dead? Think again!
After years of silence the time has come!
Lizzy DeVine (ex-Vains of Jenna) have teamed up with fellow swede Mats Wernerson (Bass) and Norwegian rockers Eiliv Sagrusten (Drums) and Kristian Nygaard Solhaug (Lead Guitar).
Get ready! Be prepared! This shit might make you go Borderline Crazy….”
