Whitesnake perform greatest hits set during opening night for ‘Jukebox Heroes Tour’ with Foreigner

Whitesnake and Foreigner started their The Juke Box Heroes Tour at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor, Maine, USA last night (Friday, June 15, 2018).

Whitesnake played before Foreigner and were apparently limited to only nine songs and a guitar “duel” on June 15, 2018. The veteran group consisting of band founder / lead vocalist David Coverdale, guitarists Reb Beach and Joel Hoekstra, bassist Michael Devin, drummer Tommy Aldridge and keyboardist Michele Luppi played three songs from Slide It In (1986) and six songs from Whitesnake (1987). No songs were apparently played from Slip Of The Tongue (released in 1989), Good To Be Bad (released in 2008 and which reached the #3 spot on the Sleaze Roxx Readers’ Top 20 Albums of 2018), Forevermore (released in 2011 and which reached the top spot on the Sleaze Roxx Readers’ Top 20 Albums of 2011) and The Purple Album (released in 2015).
