12 Gauge Ritual ‘Pull The Trigger’ On EP Release
January 30, 2013
Robbi Black and Demon Doll Records are at it one more time. They have teamed up once again to deliver some sonic bliss to the masses.
After the split of Alleycat Scratch and Revolution Hazy, Robbi regrouped in ’97 to form a new band — 12 Gauge Ritual. This was to be of epic proportions, so searching the Sunset Strip for the best talent available was the only option. The beginnings of an all-star band emerged by securing Slam Alley front man Christian Dorris, the Glamour Punks’ J Sinn Farmer and soon to be guitarist of Adler’s Appetite, Michael Thomas — the stage was set.
Nights turned to day as the guys hammered away at their craft — writing, recording and rehearing the new project until there was nothing left to poor into the music. The end result is this 6 song EP entitled ‘Pull The Trigger’.
Digging deeper, and taking influence from albums the likes of Motley Crue’s ‘Generation Swine’ and Skid Row’s ‘Subhuman Race’, 12 Gauge Ritual pound you into submission with each earth shattering note. Sit back in awe as they deliver the epic ballad “Tranquilized” as well as the demon metal laced tracks “Evil”, “Heal”, “Morphine” and “Complete My Soul”.
If you ever wondered what members of Alleycat Scratch, The Glamour Punks, Slam Alley and Adler’s Appetite would come up with if you put them in room together — this is it!
16 long years later, Demon Doll Records are proud to finally unleash the animal that is 12 Gauge Ritual. Opening at the introductory price of $9.99 for the first 2 weeks of release, ‘Pull The Trigger’ can be purchased and previewed at demondollrecords.com/12_gauge_ritual.
