42 Decibel Release “Rocker Soul” Music Video
April 16, 2014
42 Decibel have released a new video for the song “Rocker Soul”, from their debut album ‘Hard Rock ‘N’ Roll’.
‘Hard Rock ‘N’ Roll’ was released in June of last year through Steamhammer/SPV. Regarding the album Sleaze Roxx said, “Right from the opening track “Scotch Drinker”, 42 Decibel frontman Junior Figueroa conjures up the sound of ’70s rock God Bon Scott and the Young brothers in convincing manner. There is no way around it, this band has done their homework so well that you begin to wonder if you’re listening to old AC/DC outtakes. There is nothing contained within Hard Rock ‘N’ Roll that is life changing, but it’s the type of music you can envision a gorgeous dancer stripping to — and what is better than that?”
42 Decibel have documented one thing beyond a doubt: traditional rock ‘n’ roll is universal and stops neither at geographical borders nor current trends and fashions. The way this young band gets down to business in the studio and live on stage brings to mind acts such as AC/DC, Airbourne, The Answer and Buckcherry. 42 Decibel sound like they might hail from Australia, the U.S.A., England or Scandinavia, but in fact the quartet stems from Argentina — where they have recently shaken all the hottest clubs in and around Buenos Aires to their very foundations. Their debut album ‘Hard Rock ‘N’ Roll’ is a classy, spirited rock album which was released last year as CD, double LP and download.
