Aerosmith Go Live On The Streets Of Boston With AXS TV
November 2, 2012
Aerosmith will throw a street party in their beloved Boston hometown on the day before Election Day, November 5, and AXS TV will be broadcasting the event live. This performance event, free to the public, will have America’s greatest rock band — Steven Tyler (vocals), Joe Perry (guitar), Brad Whitfrod (guitar), Tom Hamilton (bass) and Joey Kramer (drums) — playing their beloved hometown streets as they encourage fans everywhere to get out and vote this Election Day (Tuesday, November 6).
AXS TV will deliver another first as this live performance gives fans a sneak peak of the band’s newest album ‘Music From Another Dimension’, to be released on November 6, and warms up music lovers across the country as the band continues their “Global Warming Tour,” a 14-city tour of arena shows starting November 8.
“Aerosmith has never censored themselves, and that’s what makes a great live television event. No other band signifies Live LIVE like this band. No fan will want to miss this show. Plus it’s a great opportunity for AXS TV to support a great get out the vote message to music fans across the nation,” said Mark Cuban, AXS TV Chairman and Co-Founder.
On November 5th, Aerosmith plans to show up somewhere in the city, around noon, and play on the streets. That’s all the band is able to reveal for now. The location will be announced that morning. Fans can follow Aerosmith (@Aerosmith) and AXS TV (@AXSTV) for up-to-the-minute news and information on this spectacular rock event.
