Airbourne release documentary trailer ‘It’s All For Rock N’ Roll’
Aussie rockers Airbourne have released a trailer for their documentary trailer It’s All For Rock N’ Roll, which will be included in their upcoming box set Diamonds Cuts, which will be released on September 29, 2017.
Nettwerk Music Group‘s press release states:
“There have been hell-raising rock ‘n’ roll bands over the years, but Australian hard rockers Airbourne have taken the good-times, bad-boys, party-animal strut to a new level, crafting underdog-championing anthems with reckless abandon.
After premiering the unreleased, adrenaline-infused track “Money” last month, the acclaimed band have shared the teaser trailer for their DVD “It’s All For Rock N’ Roll,” which is included with their forthcoming box set “Diamond Cuts“.
Out on 29th September via Nettwerk, the collectors’ box set entitled “Diamonds Cuts” will be available in limited edition vinyl and CD formats, and includes Airbourne‘s first three studio albums: Runnin Wild, No Guts. No Glory, and Black Dog Barking, along with the brand new Diamond Cuts – The B-Sides collection featuring two previously unavailable tracks (“Money” and “Heavy Weight Lover”), plus a bonus unseen documentary DVD of the band, It’s All For Rock N’ Roll – all housed in a collectable slipcase box featuring original Diamond Cuts artwork….
Airbourne will be touring across Europe later this year with support from fellow Aussies Desecrator (Oct 3rd-Nov 8th ONLY), and Motörhead guitarist Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons (Nov 11th-Nov 22nd ONLY). Full list of dates below.

Formed in the small town of Warrnambool on the south-western coast of Victoria, Australia, Airbourne announced their arrival with 2007’s Runnin’ Wild, one of the most talked-about and best-reviewed debuts in recent hard rock history. Metal Hammer handed them a Golden Gods Award for Best Debut Album and Classic Rock rightly hailed them Best New Band. Airbourne further marked their territory with the jaw-dropping follow up No Guts. No Glory cracking the Top 40 in the UK, Top 20 in Australia and Billboard’s Top 200. After unrelenting worldwide touring that included co-headlining the legendary Wacken Festival, 2013 brought the critically acclaimed Black Dog Barking into the world. The album reached #5 in Germany, Top 20 across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand; and Top 30 in Canada and the UK. Their latest studio album Breakin’ Outta Hell saw the band crack the UK Top 10 for the first time, crashing in at #9. They also achieved their highest ever chart positions in several countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland, etc.
Airbourne manage to call upon the spiritual substance of Thin Lizzy, the gritty bone-shaking vibe of Motörhead, the grandiose histrionic theatricality of Judas Priest, the unifying audience domination of Iron Maiden and the sharp bite of their fellow Australians in the legendary AC/DC. They’ve stitched together these disparate components into a head-banging Frankenstein monster of their own creation, energising the entire hard rock scene with their enthusiasm and relentless drive to entertain.
