Ammunition release lyric video for  track “Miss Summertime”

Ammunition consisting of lead vocalist Åge Sten Nilsen (ex-Wig Wam), guitarists Erik Mårtensson (Eclipse, W.E.T., Nordic Union), and Jon Pettersen, bassist Victor Cito, drummer Magnus Ulfstedt (Eclipse) and keyboardist Lasse Finbråthen have released a lyric video for their song “Miss Summertime” from their self-titled sophomore album, which was released via Frontiers Music Srl on January 26, 2018.

Sleaze Roxx stated the following in one of its two reviews of Ammunition‘s sophomore album including the song “Miss Summertime”:

“Every song on Ammunition except for the kind of lacklustre ballad “Miss Summertime” is at least a decent one to a solid track but there are just fewer standout moments than on Shanghaied.  At the end of the day, anytime that you have the multi-talented producer, song composer and guitarist Erik Mårtensson combining forces with one of the best singers of all time — Åge Sten Nilsen — chances are that the results will be worth listening to and that definitely is the case for Ammunition.

Ammunition are now their own worst enemy. They have set the bar very high with their debut album Shanghaied, and fairly or unfairly, everyone of their subsequent records will likely be compared to that magnum opus of a record. While Ammunition may not be able to reach the heights of their debut each time such as on their sophomore self-titled record, it will still be fun to see whether they can do it and the album Ammunition is still a fun and enjoyable record to listen to.”
