Autograph remain mum on Steve Lynch’s claimed legal win vs them but continuing to book gigs into 2024

It’s been an interesting 12 hours with former Autograph guitarist Steve Lynch claiming a legal victory against his former bandmates Simon Daniels (lead vocals, guitar) and Marc Wieland (drums) with respect to the registration for the trademark name of “Autograph“.

Autograph, which also includes bassist Steve Unger (Metal Church) and guitarist Jimi Bell (House of Lords) have remained silent on Lynch’s claimed legal victory but Daniels did post the following message on his Facebook page shortly after:

“Lots of new dates being booked. Just getting started. Excited and grateful! Autographband.net Rock ‘n’ roll is here to stay. Next stop Kentucky with Vince Neil and we can’t wait to see ya! 🔥 Sleaze Roxx

Autograph released a new studio album titled Beyond (which features now deceased bassist Randy Rand) via Frontiers Music Srl back on November 18, 2022 and their website does outline a number of upcoming shows:

Aug. 24, 2023 — Kentucky State Fair (w/ Vince Neil) — Louisville, Kentucky, USA

Nov. 18, 2023 — Ameristar Casino & Hotel (w/ Stephen Pearcy) — Kansas City, Missouri, USA
