Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose had an unexpected slip and fall accident while walking backwards while performing the song “Knocking’ On Heaven’s Door” at the band’s tour stop at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA yesterday night (on November 1, 2019). Nevertheless, the singer recovered quite nicely even addressing the crowd while laying down on the stage floor.
