Baby Animals Will Have A Third Album

BABY ANIMALS WILL HAVE A THIRD ALBUM:

January 16, 2009

In 1991, Baby Animals released the self-titled debut album. It went 8 times platinum in Australia. Two years later, out came `Shaved and Dangerous`. Then they broke up.

In 2008, the band got together and released the acoustic best of. ‘Il Grande Silenzio’ and played 14 shows across Australia. Baby Animals were back.

Undercover hears that a third studio album or new material may be not too far off.

In fact, we are pretty sure you will soon be hearing the material live when Baby Animals kick off another Australia tour in April.

The tour is called ‘Wish You Were Her’. It shares its title with their new soon-to-be released single.

“I think that a relevant quote for the story of my life would be “Time Flies”, Suze DeMarchi said in a statement. “It’s been a year since we did our last shows and a year that proved to be really creative but also a reminder of how geography affects everything!! Dave and I have been plowing ahead with work on new songs”.

Suze is a long way from home these days. After marrying Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt, Suze relocated from her Aussie home to the USA. “What we really love to do is write and perform and since my life has taken me far away, across the seas, to the desert that is Los Angeles, we have to get it when we can. I cannot wait to play again.”
