Black Tide Debuts At #73 On Billboard With Over 11,300 Units Scanned

Miami, Florida-based rockersBlack Tide have made a huge splash on the Billboard charts with their debutalbum, Light From Above, selling over 11,300 units in its first week. Thealbum, released on Interscope Records, debuted at #73 on the Billboard Top200.

Black Tide will also be playing LIVE on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live showthis Thursday, March 27. The episode airs Thursday night at 12:05AM (onMarch 28). After busting onto the scene last summer as main stage openers onOzzfest 2007, Black Tide has been touring non-stop in support of Light FromAbove, playing with such reputable and established acts as AvengedSevenfold, Chimaira, and All That Remains. Black Tide has also secured aspot on this summer’s Rockstar MAYHEM Festival tour, which also featuresheadliners Slipknot, Disturbed, Mastodon, and Dragonforce.
