Burning Witches unveil video for title track of upcoming new album ‘The Witch of The North’

Swiss all-female rockers Burning Witches consisting of lead vocalist Laura, guitarists Romana and Larissa, bassist Jay and drummer Lala have unveiled a video for the title track of their upcoming new album The Witch of The North, which will be released via Nuclear Blast Records on May 28, 2021.

In a recent interview with The Metal Voice, Burning Witches‘ singer Laura was asked about the musical direction of the new album to which she replied (with slight edits): “We actually did one cover song on this album. Savatage‘s “Hall of The Mountain King.” This is the kind of song structures we went for. We just love that song and specifically for this album, it fits as it is super dynamic with storytelling. I think one of the main influences on this album is Manowar but I think you can also hear a bit of Kreator and a bit of Iron Maiden with so many more infuences.”
