Crazy Lixx pull out of joint Australian tour with H.E.A.T but unable to disclose reasons why

Swedish rockers Crazy Lixx were all set to embark on a tour of Australia with their compatriots H.E.A.T, which was scheduled to start on September 8, 2022 but those plans have come to a halt. Crazy Lixx have announced today that they will no longer be part of the tour but they have not disclosed the reasons behind this decision.

The following message was posted on Crazy Lixx‘s Facebook page earlier today:

“We regret to inform you that Crazy Lixx will not take part in the joint Australian tour along with H.E.A.T as was planned. We are sad, disappointed and frustrated about this but unfortunately not able to disclose any specific details about the reasons behind this sudden change in the tour’s line-up at this point in time.

We have already seen some theories and rumours being spread online and would therefore like to take the opportunity to dispell some of them right now:

1. This has nothing to do with the tour being cancelled. To our best knowledge H.E.A.T are going to perform as planned and replacements will be added to fill the bill for Crazy Lixx.

2. This has nothing to do with low ticket sales. We have no insight into how many or few tickets have been sold or even the amount of tickets available for these shows.

3. This has nothing to do with us not wanting to come to Australia and there is no connection to the circumstances around the Melodic Rock Fest 2020 in Melbourne, that led us to not being able to perform at that event.

We sincerely hope that everyone who bought tickets for this tour will have a great time seeing H.E.A.T (they’re sounding better than ever), Cassidy Paris and any other replacement band on the bill and know that we deeply regret not being able to be there and perform for you.”
