Rick Allen, drummer of Def Leppard, will offer special Meet and Greetpackages to benefit his Raven Drum Foundation and help injured service menand women returning home. The packages will vary from city to city but all willinclude the chance to meet Rick backstage, take photos, and get autographs.Some packages will include (2) premium concert tickets to watch Def LeppardLIVE in concert, backstage and drum kit tour with Rick, catered dinnerbackstage with Rick, and the chance to meet other members of the band.
All proceeds from these auctions will be donated to the Raven DrumFoundation and their Trauma & Resiliency Program, a comprehensive projectfor veterans and survivors of trauma which uses drumming as a healing tool.
The Raven Drum Foundation was founded in 2001 by Rick Allen and LaurenMonroe, a musician and healing practitioner, in order to educate, support, andempower.
The first auction, for Def Leppard’s concert on Friday August 1st at theSommet Center in Nashville, TN will be available for bidding on Ebay on July20th and close on July 30th.
