Diamond Dogs Sign Distribution Deal With Sound PollutionThe Diamond Dogs have just signed a distribution deal withSound Pollution Distribution AB — www.soundpollution.se.

Diamond Dogs was formed in Katrineholm, Sweden, in 1991by Sulo (vocals) and Anders “Boba” Lindstrom (guitar), who hadbeen jamming together since 1986. Band members have comeand gone throughout the years since and some of the involvedhave been Stevie Klasson (ex Johnny Thunders), Robert “Strings”Dahlkvist (ex Hellacopters), Darrel Bath (ex Ian Hunter, Dogs D’Amour)and Stefan Bjork (Wilmer X).

Diamond Dogs has toured all overEurope with bands such as Ian Hunter, Quireboys, Hanoi Rocks,Nazareth and The Damned. They’ve done over 160 gigs inEngland and have written songs together with Randy Bachman(Bachman Turner Overdrive), Nicke Andersson (Hellacopters,Imperial State Electric), and Brian Robertson (ex Thin Lizzy).

The band is about to release their latest album,”The Grit and The Very Soul” (their 8th album), later this autumn.
