Doomsday Outlaw to continue without guitarist Steve Broughton and drummer John Willis
UK rockers Doomsday Outlaw have just lost two members as guitarist Steve Broughton and drummer John Willis announced earlier today that they were leaving the band “effective immediately.” This leaves lead vocalist Phil Poole, bassist Indy and guitarist Alez as the sole remaining members in the band for now.
The following message was posted on Doomsday Outlaw‘s Facebook page earlier today:
Joint statement from Steve and John.
We have decided to step away from Doomsday Outlaw effective immediately.
We have had an amazing eight years in the band and we have loved seeing it grow from just an idea to where it is today.
We’ve played hundreds of amazing gigs, met hundreds of incredible people and we’ve had some absolutely brilliant times.
The band will continue and we wish the guys the best of luck.
We want to thank everyone who came to see us, bought an album or just said hello at gig.
Thanks to you all!
Steve & John.”
