Electric Mary unveil new single “The Dealer” from upcoming album ‘Dinner For Wolves’
Australian rockers Electric Mary consisting of lead vocalist Rusty, guitarists Pete Robinson and Brett Wood, bassist Alex Raunjak and drummer Spyda have unveiled their new single “The Dealer” from their upcoming album Dinner For Wolves, which will be released presumably later this year.
Electric Mary‘s website indicates in part (with slight edits): “After spending time at Jimi Hendrix’s Electric Lady Studios in New York in 2003, the spark was ignited inside Rusty to go back in time and create something new from the ashes of the rock’n’roll that still lived inside him .. He had to find the right people that felt the same away about the 70’s influence on rock music.
Fast forward 16 years and countless Australian tours .. 5 tours of Europe and 3 stints in New York .. 4 Albums .. 3 Ep’s .. Broken Bones .. Broken Teeth & Broken Promises.
2019 saw the release of the extraordinary album “MOTHER” at a time when outsiders may have wondered where the band had gone, they came back with their biggest record to date.
Together Rusty, Pete, Alex, Brett & Spyda proudly make a sound that delves deep into the history of the Rock & Blues that came before them.”
