Extreme unveil cryptic hints suggesting possible new music on the way
It’s been almost 15 years since Boston, Massachusetts, USA rockers Extreme released their last studio album Saudades de Rock. However, two days ago, Extreme started unveiling some video teasers suggesting that they may well be releasing some new music in the foreseeable future.

Three video teasers have been released so far which appear to indicate possible song lyrics:
“Come along come along
Come and join us
Take a little walk
In the middle of the madness”
“Instigator
Agitator
Rabble rouser
Troublemaker”
“Angel bring
Death and her sting
Serpentine kiss
Narcotine bliss”
Back on July 1, 2022, Guitar.com revealed that Extreme frontman Gary Cherone had indicated the following in an interview with Eddie Trunk:
“It’s like the news cycle is so quick you [can’t] put out a whole record and not set it up, at least tease fans. I kinda lean towards trickling out a little bit.”
“I think this is some of the best stuff Nuno [Bettencourt, guitarist] and I have written. I think he would say the same thing… There’s only one Nuno and he outdid himself on this record, his solos blow me away. I’m proud of a lot of the songs on the record.”
