Former Accept Vocalist Udo Dirkschneider Revamps Christmas Classic

Udo Dirkschneider has recorded a Christmas song for EMP, Europe’s biggest music and merchandise mailorder company.

The former Accept and current U.D.O. frontman teamed up with the band Evil Disposition (staff members of EMP) to record “Jingle Balls”, a new interpretation of the Christmas song “Jingle Bells” and the Accept hymn “Balls The The Wall”. Written by staff members of EMP and recorded in Osnabrueck’s ‘DocMaKlang’ dtudio, the single will be released in the middle of December.

A co-operation with EMP is planned for the release of U.D.O.’s forthcoming album ‘Rev-Raptor’ which includes a countdown at www.emp-online.com the entire week before the release date — including a message from Udo and snippets of the new songs every day.
