Former Jetboy Singer Releases Video With Cold Blue Rebels

January 16, 2011

Cold Blue Rebels, a ‘super-group’ culled from the wreckage of three classic Sunset Strip bands, has posted a video for the song “Hell Block 13” from their debut CD ‘Blood, Guts N’ Rock & Roll’. Consisting of former Jetboy frontman Mickey Finn, Joe Normal and Danny Dangerous of the infamous purple-haired Zeros (on scorchin’ guitar and slappin upright bass) and former Glamour Punks skins basher Spazz Draztik on the drums, Cold Blue Rebels are “one helluva psycho rockabilly outfit heavy on the billy”.

The video for “Hell Block 13” is a horror-punk classic filmed in a California ghost town, Pioneertown with footage also shot onstage at the world famous Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip.

Imagine how the Munsters and the Clash would look and sound slashing away at Elvis and Johnny Cash while the Stray Cats and Alice Cooper looked on… that’s what the Cold Blue Rebels have to offer. The band’s new CD ‘Blood, Guts N’ Rock & Roll’ is available now at Amazon.com.
