H.E.A.T planning on writing, recording and releasing new studio album in 2021
Swedish rockers H.E.A.T consisting of returning lead vocalist Kenny Leckremo, guitarist Dave Dalone, bassist Jimmy Jay , keyboardist Jona Tee and drummer Crash are planning on writing, recording and releasing a brand new studio album in 2021.
The following message was posted on H.E.A.T‘s Facebook page earlier today:
“2020 vision
It’s been a turbulent year in many, many ways. While in the midst of the perhaps greatest challenge for humanity in our lifetimes, we lost our frontman and reunited with our original dito.
The perhaps a bit worn idiom “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” we hope will be the association between H.E.A.T and 2020 as we move into 2021.
We are planning to write, record and release a brand new studio album next year, the first one with Kenny Leckremo since 2010 and Freedom Rock.
We hope we will catch YOU live next year!
We sincerely hope that each and everyone are staying self and healthy and we wish you a very happy new year.
With love and respect
H.E.A.T“
Sleaze Roxx stated the following in its review of H.E.A.T’s last studio album H.E.A.T II: “It’s easy to review this album — very easy. From “Rock Your Body” to “Rise”, the album audition flows naturally and after 45 minutes, you will probably consider to press the “repeat” button and listen to again the entire album. I would bet in this. In a recent interview with Sleaze Roxx, H.E.A.T lead vocalist Erik Grönwall mentioned that some of the songs from H.E.A.T II were actually written for the Address The Nation album, his first record as a H.E.A.T member in 2012, so obviously this recent record reminds the listener to the beginning of the “Erik era.” Nevertheless, I can go further. H.E.A.T II also reminds me of the first two albums when Kenny Leckremo was the singer. It’s the H.E.A.T melodic hard rock at its best.”
