H.E.A.T provide recap of their accomplishments in 2022
Swedish rockers H.E.A.T consisting of lead vocalist Kenny Leckremo, guitarist Dave Dalone, keyboardist Jona Tee, bassist Jimmy Jay and drummer Don Crash have provided their recap of their year in 2022.
The following message was posted on H.E.A.T‘s Facebook page earlier today:
“Happy new year!
2022 was a rebirth in many ways. After two disease ridden years we set sail, quite literally, in the beginning of the year with the Monsters of Rock cruise – Kenny’s first appearance onstage with the band since 2010.
Force Majeure, our seventh studio album, was finished about the same time and we were excited to show it to the world.
But before that we sold out classic “Berns” in Stockholm, played for amazing crowds in Gothenburg, Copenhagen and Oslo and made our first European tour in 4 years, and what a blast it was. The feeling of exploding onstage every night was better than in many years. “Hunger is the best seasoning”, as we say in Sweden.
The summer and fall had some amazing festivals in store for us. From opening for our idols Toto in Finland to treading new ground both in Portugal and our very first tour down under in Australia.
And on August 5th, Force Majeure saw the light of day.
We wanna thank each and every one of you Heaters out there for your endless love and support and for staying with us through the years. Without you we’d just be 5 random dudes from Upplands Väsby.
Here’s to an even mightier 2023.
May the force be with you, always.
/Kenny, Dave, Jona, Jimmy, Crash“
