H.E.A.T to live stream their ‘Live At Sweden Rock Festival’ performance on May 24th

Swedish rockers H.E.A.T consisting of lead vocalist Erik Grönwall, guitarist Dave Dalone, bassist Jimmy Jay, keyboardist Jona Tee and drummer Don Crash will be live streaming their Live At Sweden Rock Festival on YouTube this Sunday, May 24, 2020 at 6:00 pm CEST while commenting and watching it at the same time as everyone who tunes in.

The following video message was posted on H.E.A.T‘s Facebook page earlier today with frontman Erik Grönwall commenting (as transcribed by Sleaze Roxx):

“Hello you rockers. I hope you guys are safe and healthy. As you all know, this fucking Corona thing is fucking things up everywhere. We were supposed to be on tour right now but that got cancelled. So we’re stuck at home but it’s actually a nice day… We’d rather be on tour but it’s a nice day to be at home [laughs]. Anyway, we decided that we wanted to give you guys somethings this Sunday, we will be live streaming Live At Sweden Rock [Festival], the full concert, on YouTube, and we will also be there commenting and watching with you guys so tune in on Sunday. Hope to see you guys there.”

Sleaze Roxx stated the following in its review of Live At Sweden Rock Festival:

“I must say that I much prefer H.E.A.T‘s Live In London released back in 2015 compared to their latest live release Live At Sweden Rock Festival. It’s not that the energy level is not there on the former. You can feel the energy while listening to the songs on Live At Sweden Rock Festival and I always love when the bands play their songs a tad faster live than in the studio. It adds to that excitement and ups the energy levels. Just look at KISS‘ Alive!, which is an amazing live record and where the live renditions completely blow away the studio ones. The real issue with H.E.A.T‘s Live At Sweden Rock Festival is that it’s the tour supporting the rather disappointing studio effort Into The Great Unknown.”
