Helix drummer Greg ‘Fritz’ Hinz progressing well with his recovery from fractured skull
Great news for fans of Helix and drummer Greg ‘Fritz’ Hinz as the latter is recovering well after falling from a roof in November 2018 and sustaining a fractured skull and being placed in an induced coma.
The following message was posted on Helix‘s Facebook page earlier today:
“Hello Helix Friends, I just got off the phone with Fritz and here’s the scoop! He is progressing well in his recovery and we are expecting him to be back in the saddle in June. Fritz and Tracey would like to thank you all for you love, support and donations through this difficult time. YOU ROCK. ???”
Helix held a sold out benefit concert dubbed Fritz Fest to raise funds for Fritz at the Eastside Bar in London, Ontario, Canada on January 18, 2019. The concert featured Helix, the Killer Dwarfs and Syre.
