Jettblack Launch Fundraising Campaign For Upcoming Album

November 24, 2013

UK rockers Jettblack are about to enter the studio to record the follow-up to 2012’s ‘Raining Rock’. The band have a launched a crowdsourcing campaign at www.pledgemusic.com/projects/jettblack in order to raise the funds needed to complete the album.

“We have some amazing new songs in the making and we are almost ready to lay them down in the studio but the thing is, we need all of you to get involved and help make it happen,” state the members of Jettblack. “Through this PledgeMusic page we want to offer you guys all sorts of exclusive (occasionally fairly unique!) products and experiences which will allow you to be hands on with our next album and allow us to connect with our much valued fan base.”

Some of the products Jettblack are offering to fans that contribute to the campaign are limited edition T-shirts, lyric sheets, an acoustic Skype gig, a gig at your favorite venue or even in your house, and the chance to come and hang with the band in the studio during the recording of the new album.

Jettblack hit the hard rock scene in 2010 with their Sleaze Roxx charting debut album ‘Get Your Hands Dirty’. The follow-up album ‘Raining Rock’ was voted as one of the best albums of 2012 by the website’s readers and was followed by ‘Black Gold’, a collection of hard-to-find, unreleased and re-worked material.

A percentage of the proceeds from this PledgeMusic campaign will go to War Child International, to help them continue their amazing work helping children across the world living in war zones.
