King Kobra unveil video for title track of upcoming new album “We Are Warriors”
King Kobra consisting of frontman Paul Shortino, drummer Carmine Appice and bassist Johnny Rod along with new members / guitarists Carlos Cavazo (ex-Quiet Riot, ex-Ratt) and Rowan Robertson (ex-Dio) have unveiled a video for the tile track of their upcoming new studio album We Are Warriors, which will be released via Cleopatra Records on August 11, 2023.

In an interview with Sleaze Roxx back in June 2021, Shortino spoke about one song that will be on King Kobra‘s upcoming new album. Shortino stated: “There’s a song on there — the title track “Music Is A Piece of Art” — and it’s a great song. I wrote the lyrics to this and music has always been there when no one else was. It’s been my best friend. It’s things like that everybody can relate to, you know. “Music is a piece of art, in your ears, straight to your heart.” It’s not going t be your typical ’80s kind of album. It’s got a little bit of the ’70s vibe to it.”
