Kiss Announce Australian Tour

KISS ANNOUNCE AUSTRALIAN TOUR:

January 23, 2008

Kiss has added Sydney and Brisbane gigs for while they are in Australia for the Grand Prix.

The band was already coming to Australia to perform at the 2008 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne on March 16, but will now also play Acer Arena in Sydney and the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

The Kiss line-up will be founding members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley with Eric Singer on drums and Tommy Thayer on guitar.

Simmons is quite the TV star at the moment. His reality show ‘Family Jewels’ has just gone into its third season; last week he was “fired” from Donald Trump’s ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ and he continues to produce his kids cartoon series ‘My Dad The Rock Star’.

In 2006, Paul Stanley released his second solo album ‘Live To Win’ and has spent much of 2007 exhibiting his paintings.

The paintings earned him $2million last year.

Kiss dates are:

March 16, Melbourne, Formula 1 Grand Prix
March 18, Sydney, Entertainment Centre
March 20, Sydney, Acer Arena
