Kix Video Worn Leather Jacket Being Auctioned OnlineA Ronnie Younkins stage jacket that was worn in Kix’ “Cold Blood” video is being auctioned online at this eBay.com location.

The auction states: this fake leather vinyl biker style jacket was designed by Audrey Carter (clothing designer amongst others for Joan Jett, Ratt, Kiss) specifically for guitarist Ronnie Younkins of the rock band KIX (Atlantic Records). It was made in 1988 and worn extensively by Ronnie on stage, especially during the “Blow my Fuse” tour. If you went to see the Kix band play, you have probably seen him perform in this jacket during that time. This jacket was also worn by Ronnie in the “Cold Blood” video, which in my eyes makes it a major collectible to the hardcore Kix fan.

The jacket has several classic tattoo designs on the sleeves and back. The left sleeve features a tattoo style dagger, the right sleeve a snake. On the back is a buxom she-devil design (classic tattoo pin-up) that was colored over by Ronnie with black paint when he got real tired of looking at her. The black over-paint could possibly be removed, but we don’t know how. The devil-girl can still be seen, but rather faint. The jacket is in great condition considering it’s age and extensive stage wear. It is a little bit wrinkled and stiff. This is a great collectable for the KIX collector, and if it happens to fit, it would have many more years of wear in it.

This jacket can be autographed by both Kix guitarists, Ronnie Younkins and Brian Forsythe, on demand. The winning bidder may specify if he would like a dedication and where he wants it signed. You are buying from Ronnie’s wife, the jacket is guarteed to be authentic. We will also include 2 Ronnie guitar picks for free.
