Late 80’s / early 90’s hair metal band KK Wilde are back with a clip from their new song “Hellraisers and Vampires” from their upcoming yet to be titled new album.
KK Wilde‘s classic line-up consisted of lead vocalist Kris Kurry, guitarist Eddie Wilde, bassist Steve Scott and drummer Brian Black. The band released two albums, Rock n Roll (1989) and Cocaine Cowboy (1991), which were re-released via FnA Records in July 2022.
Discogs describes KK Wilde in part and as follows (with slight edits): “KK Wilde (formerly Kid Curry) is a Los Angeles based hard rock band, debuted with the record “Rock & Roll” which came out in 1991 via Platinum Records. In the pantheon of expensive, sought-after hair-metal indies, this one ranks up towards the top thanks to catchy hooks, sing-along choruses and big backing vocals. They also made two videos and toured the US twice. Their songs were featured on ABC’s “Life Goes On” and a Warner Bros. Motion Picture called “Showdown In Little Tokyo” with the songs “Round And Round” and “Boys Nite Out”.”
