British rockers Knock Out Kaine have signed a deal with Rocksector Records for their next album, with a release date of March 2015 provisionally planned.
Since their inception in 2005, Knock Out Kaine has been putting itself on the map both in the UK and Europe, winning Kerrang!’s Best Unsigned Live Act award in 2008 and touring with Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler as well as Chris Holmes of W.A.S.P. in 2011. A slot at Download Festival also followed in the same year.
A debut album, ‘House Of Sins’, was released through DOTT Music in Germany in 2012, a year which also saw Knock Out Kaine open up in Glasgow for UK rock legends Status Quo.
Armed with new management, a new record deal and a new music video “Set The Night On Fire” featuring a cameo appearance by Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden, Knock Out Kaine now prepare for a new album release in 2015.
Says Mark Appleton of Rocksector Records, “Knock Out Kaine is one of the sleeping giants of the British rock scene with an extensive fanbase already in place and more than sufficient musical weaponry to push that even further. I’m genuinely proud to add them to the label roster and can confidently say that together we’re going to release a great album that rock fans worldwide will love.”
