La Naranja Debut “Blanco Sobre Negro” Video

November 12, 2012

La Naranja, a hard rock band from Argentina, continues to discharge high voltage rock with their just released CD called ‘White On Black’. A music video for the album’s first single, “Blanco Sobre Negro”, was recently posted online and can be seen below.

La Naranja have spent more than 20 years playing hard rock with four albums released and countless live shows played all over Argentina. In October the band — Gabriel “Bare” Lucca (vocals), David “Polo” Polonsky (bass), John “Warrior” Guerrero (guitar), Hugo “Suco” Fuentes (guitar) and Mariano “Buffy “Di Taranto (drums) — released their fifth album ‘White On Black’. This new album contains 9 tracks and marks the return of one of the most important bands of Argentine hard rock.

In 2000 La Naranja recorded their debut ‘Quemando Rutas’ and a year later supported at John Corabi’s Union The Roxy. In 2003, they were intimidated by lawyers for Metallica to desist from the use of the name Naranja Metalica (written different, but sounding the same) and because of this were renamed La Naranja. Then they released their second CD, ‘Siguen Igual’ followed by their third album ‘El Ojo En La Cerradura’ and a DVD called ‘Vivo A 220’.
