Last Bullet and Tri City Villains now officially part of Guinness World Record

Congratulations to Last Bullet and Tri City Villains as well as the many other bands, artists, organizers, venue and volunteers that took part in the new Guinness World Record of the longest concert by multiple artists ever, which started on March 17, 2017 and ran 24 hours per day until April 2, 2017 (and has since been extended an additional two days) at The Earl Of Whitchurch in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario, Canada.

Last Bullet have been covered regularly on Sleaze Roxx since 2012 and Tri City Villains are a newcomer to the site.

Back on March 27, 2017, Sleaze Roxx attended the second of two gigs played by the Tri City Villains at The Earl Of Whitchurch to assist in establishing the aforementioned Guinness World Record and stated in its review:

“Now, I am usually the type of person that likes to know the songs ahead of time before going to a concert and only a couple of times in my life have I been truly blown away by songs that I didn’t even know. This turned out to be one of those occasions…

I was surprised to see that the cozy second floor quarters of The Earl Of Whitchurch seemed to be getting busier with people as Tri City Villains‘ set went on. At one point, there were even some ladies sitting on the floor in front of me. Although the closest people in the audience to the band were sitting down (including myself), it was still a great atmosphere, and especially considering that this was an early afternoon gig!…

As I left The Earl Of Whitchurch on my way back to work, all I could think about was what a great show that I had just attended and how I could not wait to listen to my newly purchased Tri City Villains‘ debut self-titled album! Mark my words, you’ll be reading about Tri City Villains — one of Canada’s best kept secrets — on Sleaze Roxx hopefully for a long time to come!”

The following message was posted on Last Bullet‘s Facebook page earlier today:

“A massive congratulations is in order to Epidemic Music Group, every single band, volunteer, sponser, and spectator that was involved in the Guinness Record Attempt By Epidemic Music Group.

The record was broken two days ago, but the event was extended an additional two days. Today is Day 18 – Artist Lineup – FINAL DAY This event was unique because not everyone gets to be part of breaking a Guinness World Record, but beyond that, $84,458 was raised for 17 different charities!!!!

Last Bullet was asked to come back and help close out the festivities, which we graciously accepted, so come rock out at the The Earl of Whitchurch tonight before the book is closed on a remarkable, 24 hour a day, 18 day long, music festival!!”

Last Bullet are scheduled to play tonight at 10:00 pm at The Earl Of Whitchurch with the last act being a special surprise guest.
