Last In Line release video for cover of The Beatles’ “A Day In The Life” from upcoming EP
Last In Line consisting of guitarist Vivian Campbell (Dio, Whitesnake, Def Leppard, Riverdogs), drummer Vinny Appice (Black Sabbath, Dio), lead vocalist Andrew Freeman (Great White, Lynch Mob, Offspring) and bassist Phil Soussan (Ozzy Osbourne) have released a video for their cover of The Beatles‘ track “A Day In The Life” from their EP of the same name, which will be available on November 11, 2022.
The following message was posted in part on Last In Line‘s Facebook page earlier today:
“We are thrilled and proud to be releasing our version of the Beatles’ “A Day In The Life” as the first single from our upcoming EP of the same name that will drop on 11.11.22.
The EP will also be available in a limited edition Vinyl disc!
Being such huge Beatles fans, we are excited to be able to cover such an iconic masterpiece and to interpret it with our unique “Last in Line” character. Dynamic and intense, this song is as relevant today as it was during the past and it gives us chills to hear the finished recording – we can’t wait for you to hear it!
As a special bonus we were honored to be able to work with our friend, famed video director Matt Mahurin, who created a unique video that captures every nuance of the moving and surreal nature of this song. Matt (who has created iconic videos for U2, Metallica, Disturbed and Def Leppard amongst many others) was equally thrilled to participate in this for which we are most privileged!
We are excited to hear what you think!
