Little Caesar thankful for all the people that help sustain the band
Little Caesar consisting of lead vocalist Ron Young, drummer Tom Morris, guitarists Loren Molinare and Mark Tremalgia, and bassist Pharoah Barrett are still going strong with their latest studio album Eight released last year.
The group appears very grateful for the little things as can be attested by the following message posted on the band’s Facebook page less than an hour ago:
“There are so many people that folks never hear about that sustain a band. It’s not just a big label or an influx of cash. It’s the fans. It’s the folks in the trenches that get you an interview, it’s the other bands that lend you a string if you break one and you haven’t hit the music store yet rushing to get to the next town. It’s the clubs that take a chance of losing money if bad weather or other clubs competition make for a weak night, it’s the fans that share your posts on Social Media and share with you what your music means to them. It’s the waitress that tells you what food to avoid at a truck stop in the middle of nowhere. It’s the underpaid guy or fan that helps you load and unload gear. It’s the merch person that helps find a fan the right size shirt in a pile of merch.
Its the Producer that patiently listens to the Firth of ideas you have and finds a way to take all those ideas and make a cohesive musical statement. It’s the folks that bring theirs favorite article that want you to sign it. It’s the couple that go out of pocket to hire a babysitter in the hopes of hearing the song they listened to when they first met. It’s the person that turns someone on to your music when they haven’t heard of you. It’s the guy that gets to the venue early and brings everything you have ever recorded in hopes to get you to sign it. It’s the other bands that stand on the side of the stage before their show and cheer for you.
The list goes on and on. All I can say is we have the deepest gratitude for all of you. By all of the above efforts you give US the gift of music. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
We will have some news on upcoming plans to get a new video and announce some tour dates in the coming month. Please stay tuned.”
