Love Candy First Band Featured In Urban Boutique Music Showcase

Ontario based rock band Love Candy has been chosen by upscale clothingretailers ‘The urban Boutique’ to be the first in a series of bandsshowcased by the companies new media initiative, UBMMG.

The band isfeatured in a video giving a brief interview. Clips of live NEWmusic and some covers are cut together with clips from a photo shootthat shows how these boys can sport even the most gansta’ of clothingand make it more rock and roll than ever.

The band has recently been awarded 40 hours of studio time to beginwork on their first full length CD as a band.Love Candy plans on entering the studio in April between their hecticschedule of festival dates, headlining events and opening slots forthe likes of Paul Di’Anno (ex Iron Maiden).The band was also slated to open for Sister Sin for the odd date onthe now scrapped (to be rescheduled) North American tour.

In short the boys have a full plate for the spring and summer withplans of recording and touring on the agenda.Keep an eye out for this tenacious rock band in the year to come.
