Lust Boys Begin Search For New Singer
March 3, 2013
The Lust Boys have begun the painstaking process of finding a new lead singer for the band. The British Columbia, Canada based sleaze rockers are on the hunt for a frontman to replace former singer Jayme Black.
The Lust Boys are currently holding auditions, and serious applicants can contact the band at lustboys.singer@gmail.com or through www.lustboysmusic.com and www.facebook.com/Lustboysofficial. The rockers are looking to find a solid guy that’s willing to be able to tour (a tour in the early fall is being planned) and is dedicated to make music their career.
The band released a ten track album entitled ‘Short Skirts And Tall Glasses’ in June, 2011 through Absolute Underground Records — available for purchase at lustboys.bigcartel.com — and promoted it with music videos for “Leather And Boots” and “Hard On Love”. The debut full-length, which SleazeRoxx.com called “a rebellious soundtrack for anyone who loves their sleaze rock heavy on the party side and light on political viewpoints”, followed the group’s two previous EPs, 2008’s ‘P.L.P.A.’ and 2010’s ‘Rock Bay Sessions’.
