Megadeth Album Near Completion

MEGADETH ALBUM NEAR COMPLETION:

The next Megadeth album is well on the way to completion.

In a posting at the band’s MySpace site, new member Chris Broderick has posted, “I am getting ready to head down to Vic’s and wanted to check in. Shawn is finishing up the last few songs with drums and all next week I will be starting on rhythm guitars. This is very cool stuff, learning Dave’s rhythmic style can be a challenge but is one that I look forward to”.

The album is being recorded in a new studio called Vic’s Garage. Andy Sneap is producing.

Dave Mustaine had earlier said that they wanted to have the album completed by the end of January so they could tour by March. Work on the yet-to-be titled album began in September last year.

Megadeth are about to go on the road with Judas Priest for the Priest Feast European tour.
