Metal Church unveil new single “Making Monsters”
Metal Church consisting of lead guitarist / band founder Kurdt Vanderhoof, guitarist Rick Van Zandt, bassist Steve Unger (Autograph), drummer Stet Howland (ex-W.A.S.P.) and new lead vocalist Marc Lopes have unveiled a new single titled “Making Monsters” from their upcoming studio album Congregation of Annihilation, which will be released via Rat Pak Records and Reaper Entertainment on May 26, 2023.

Congregation of Annihilation is the first album of new music from Metal Church since their singer Mike Howe sadly committed suicide at the age of 55 back in July 2021. Howe was the singer that appeared on the most Metal Church studio albums as he handled the lead vocals on Blessing In Disguise (1989), The Human Factor (1991), Hanging In The Balance (1993), XI (2016) and Damned If You Do (2018).
