Michael Kiske experiencing voice issues two shows into Helloween’s ‘Pumpkins United’ tour

Bad news for Helloween fans as the group has just announced that singer Michael Kiske is having voice issues only two shows into the band’s Pumpkins United World Tour 2017/2018 and therefore may not be able to perform tomorrow (on October 23, 2017) in San Jose, Costa Rica. Unfortunately, it appears that Helloween will be making some changes to their impressive setlist from their two Mexico shows in order to accommodate Kiske‘s voice issues. The good news is that Helloween‘s Pumpkins United World Tour 2017/2018 will be continuing. Sleaze Roxx wishes Kiske a speedy recovery.

Michael Kiske Health Issues!

With regret we have to announce that Michael Kiske has voice problems, caused by our tiring travel schedule.

He gave his best during the first two shows in Mexico, but after consulting a doctor he was told his voice needs to rest.

We thought about cancelling tomorrow’s show in San Jose, Costa Rica, but HELLOWEEN and especially Michael don’t want to let the fans down. We know that many of you have anticipated this for a long time and made many sacrifices to attend our show!

Having this in mind, we decided to strip down the setlist so we can continue the tour.

Michael is eager to perform for the fans in San Jose, but unfortunately his participation will depend on tomorrow’s medical advice.

Thank you for your understanding!”
