Michael Sweet reveals new Sweet & Lynch album to be completed by the end of 2021
Great news for fans of Sweet & Lynch as lead vocalist Michael Sweet (Stryper) has revealed that a new album should be completed by the end of this year. To date, Sweet & Lynch released two studio albums Only To Rise (2015) and Unified (2017) via Frontiers Music Srl.

The following message was posted on Sweet‘s Facebook page yesterday:
“Well,
We’re 2 weeks away from driving away from our home for the last time. It’s definitely bittersweet. We’re excited about the future and what’s to come yet we’re sad to leave the home that we spent the last 11 years in.
Aside from living here for over a decade, the MSP/Stryper offices were located here as well as my studio. We rehearsed here for every album since 2010 and I recorded every vocal here as well. Our dog (Caleb) passed here and our cat (Roxie) literally became the queen of the house and the “screened in porch”. Lena lived here for quite a while and Mikey has spent so much time here as well. This is much more than just a house. It was definitely our home with so many amazing lifetime memories.
We’re in the final stretch of packing/boxing everyday. It’s been overwhelming to say the least. You never know how much you have accumulated until you relocate! We’ve got the office moved, my studio and now everything else. We’re working everyday yet feel as though we’ve barely accomplished anything
Regarding the future, Lisa is bouncing again. She’s happy. She left her job to focus on Stryper and it was the best thing she could have ever done. I can see the joy in her as she is able to focus more on the band and our future and what she is passionate about. She’s an amazing manager, she just doesn’t know it;-) She’s as humble and as modest as they come
Once I get my studio settled I’ve got a few projects to start and complete. A new album with Frontiers/Alessandro Delvecchio and a new Sweet & Lynch album. Both will be completed by end of year and then we’ll start on a brand new Stryper album! I’m grateful for the work and the blessing to be able to do what I still love to do. I also cannot wait for you all to hear the album I just turned my tracks in for with Nathan, Joel, Tommy & Marco!
I’m doing my best to trust God but I’ll be honest, it’s a bit concerning when you don’t really know where you’re going. Meaning we don’t officially have a place to call home yet. We want to do this right and go where we’re supposed to go without feeling rushed and or forced. We did buy a new RV and of course that will be fun and amazing for the time being but I guess I’m old school – I need a place to hang my hat. That’s the amazing thing about trusting God – he blows us all away when we least expect it I’ve seen it happen time and time again and I’ll continue to lay everything at His feet.
I can’t tell you how much we appreciate your thoughts and prayers. You all are like extended family and it means more than you know. We look forward to seeing you in September (3 shows) and again in October (cruise). It’ll be nice to step on a stage again and do what we’re created to do – music!!!
May God bless you all,
Michael“
