MOTLEY CRUE FRONTMAN SUED FOR BATTERY BY MUSIC PRODUCER:

Record producer Michael Schuman has filed a $1 million lawsuit against Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil over an alleged attack in a nightclub parking lot.

Schuman filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, September 12th for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence. Also named as defendants are the Rainbow Bar & Grill, outside of which the alleged fight took place, and its owner Mario Maglieri.

The lawsuit stems from an April 28th incident involving Schuman, who accuses Neil of taunting him outside of a club and then punching him numerous times in the face, knocking him to the ground. Neil currently faces misdemeanor battery charges for the incident, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office said.
