Mötley Crüe release ‘Behind the scenes’ in studio video footage for ‘The Dirt’ sessions
Mötley Crüe consisting of bassist Nikki Sixx, lead vocalist Vince Neil, drummer Tommy Lee and guitarist Mick Mars have now released a Behind the Scenes in the studio video footage of the band recording new material with what sounds like the song “The Dirt” in the background. This is in the lead uptimes to the release of the Netflix movie The Dirt, which is based on the band’s best selling autobiography The Dirt: Confessions of the World’s Most Notorious Rock Band, and which is to be released on March 22, 2019.
A potential unconfirmed track list for Mötley Crüe‘s upcoming soundtrack for the Netflix movie The Dirt has been making the rounds on Facebook since yesterday with the following titles for the four new songs: “The Dirt (EST. 1981)” featuring Machine Gun Kelly, “Ride With The Devil”, “Crash And Burn” and “Like A Virgin.”
The website IMDb has provided the following information about the film and casting leading up to it:
♦ The actors playing the band members of Mötley Crüe all learnt how to play Mötley songs such as “Looks That Kill”. Rehearsals were posted on the actors Instagram accounts.
♦ Christopher Walken was rumoured to be playing Ozzy Osbourne in the early stages of development.
♦ Ashton Kutcher was rumored to be playing Tommy Lee in the early stages of development.
♦ Val Kilmer was rumored to be playing David Lee Roth in the early stages of development. Kilmer denied the rumors, saying he was too old to play Roth.
