Motley Crue Reveal “The Dirt” On Their New Album

MOTLEY CRUE REVEAL “THE DIRT” ON THEIR NEW ALBUM:

April 2, 2008

“This album has the vibe of Dr. Feelgood, Girls Girls Girls and Shout at the Devil,” promises Motley Crue’s Nikki Sixx of the band’s first album since 1997.

The still-untitled album borrows heavily from Crue’s autobiography The Dirt and attempts to recapture the glitter rock sound with song titles like “Down at the Whisky” and “White Trash Circus.” “There’s also a lot of humor because, let’s face it, we’re ridiculously funny,'” Sixx says.
