Motley Crue’s Saints Of Los Angeles Tour Kicks Off Next Monday

MOTLEY CRUE’S SAINTS OF LOS ANGELES TOUR KICKS OFF NEXT MONDAY:

January 26, 2009

Motley Crue’s Saints of Los Angeles tour kicks off next Monday, February 2nd in San Diego, CA. Coming along for the ride as support on the tour are Hinder, Theory of a Deadman and The Last Vegas. The Live Nation produced, six week tour includes two of the last performances at The Joint in Las Vegas and a stop at the legendary Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The tour shares it’s name with Motley Crue’s latest studio album, released in June 2008. Saints of Los Angeles is the band’s first studio album in over a decade featuring the original line-up (Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Mick Mars, Tommy Lee) and their ninth album to date. Based on the band’s New York Times bestseller The Dirt, the disc debuted at #1 on the Independent Album chart and was the top debut of the week on the Billboard’s top 200 at #4. In July 2008, the band took their new album on the road with their inaugural Crue Fest, which was the biggest selling tour of the summer. “Saints of Los Angeles” is nominated for Best Hard Rock Performance at the 2009 Grammy Awards.
